Kevin Kelly & Associates P.C.
Kevin C. Kelly
With over 30 years of first-hand knowledge and extensive experience, Kevin listens to his clients and their needs to develop a thoughtful plan that works for the family as a whole. He understands the needs of not only his senior clients, but their caregivers as well, and strives to ensure that everyone’s needs are met. As a former investigator for the Connecticut Department of Social Services, Kevin possesses a unique and invaluable insight into the Medicaid program. This knowledge allows him to design creative solutions and plans for asset protection, the procurement and payment of health care, and provided him with his successful track record in Medicaid cases – which is precisely why many attorneys look to him for help with these cases.
In addition to his legal experience, Kevin remains civic-minded and dedicated to activities that encourage aging-in-place initiatives, serving as Director Emeritus of the Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging, as a Board Member of the South Central VNA, and as a Connecticut State Senator. He continually seeks to make a difference in the lives of others, and aims to ensure that the rights and wishes of seniors are upheld.
Kevin’s areas of concentration are Elder Law & Medicaid, Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, Probate Administration & Litigation, and Municipal Law.
